Cynthia “Dee-Dee” Sue Erler, 45 Born in Ft Wayne on March 28th, 1964. She attended Friendship church in Anderson, Riverside Baptist in Muncie, and The Jar for Sunday morning services. Dee-Dee enjoyed life, her family at Mangrove, trips to McDonalds, and parties. Mangrove Group Home was a large part of her life in which she loved her group home family. They taught her how to care for herself and to be independent. In her spare time she loved puzzles, books, and country music. She also participated in the Special Olympics where she won many metals and ribbons. She is survived by her mother Joyce L. Erler, her father and his wife, Elson L. & Diane Erler; brother Scott T (Jodi) Erler; Half sister April (Lon) Erler Jones; Stepsister Lisa Shuller; 2 Aunts, Sharron Jones & Pat Campbell Hellen; 3 uncles, Larry (Janice) Lopshire, Don Slain & Roland Young; 3 nieces; Brooke, Krista, and Kaitlyn; Great nephew, Kayden; and many cousins, nieces, and nephewsShe was preceded in Death by her Grandmother, Uncle Steve Lopshire, and Aunt Mary AndersonResided at Hummingbird Group Home to Mangrove Group Home-Muncie IndianaCaregiver Angels: Sherry Jones, Donna Willen, and Lisa SlonikperVisitation will be held Thursday March 25, 2010 at Riverside Baptist Church Muncie Indiana from 7-9pmServices will be held Friday March 26, 2010 at Riverside Baptist church Muncie Indiana at 10:00am. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park-6600 Covington Rd Ft Wayne on March 26, 2010.
